Our production is managed by Epicor manufacturing software, and our quality is assured with the latest inspection equipment, and the calibration is managed by the latest version Gagetrak calibration software.

Turning Machines

  • TSUGAMI BS32-II: 7 Axis, 6 live cross milling / drilling end and front working, full “C” twin axis, 1 ¼” bar capacity Iemca hydrostatic auto bar loader.
  • TSUGAMI SS20: 11 Axis, 18 live / static cross milling / drilling front and side working, New chucking feature allows non Swiss type parts to be run for optimal versatility. 20mm bar capacity Iemca Genius 120 hydrostatic auto bar loader.

Inspection Equipment

  • MicroVu Excel 501 UC with programmable optic and probe measuring capabilities.
  • Numerex CMM machine with Renishaw probe.
